Cardamom seed powder or Elaichi powder is one of the most important ingredient of Indian food. Basically Indian sweets preparation is incomplete without cardamom powder. On the other hand whole cardamom is used in many Indian cuisines with other whole spices. Indian kheer recipes are also incomplete without cardamom powder. So it is very important spice in Indian kitchen and it is very important to keep it ready to use format. Powder form of Elaichi is ready to use. But if we try to make powder of 2 or 3 piece of cardamom it takes time. So here we are discuss about the recipe where we are making green cardamom powder of 50 to 100 grams of cardamom.

Necessary Ingredients Required To Prepare Cardamom Powder:
Green Cardamom 100 grams,
Sugar 1 tsp
Step By Step Method Of Preparation Of Green Cardamom Powder:
Step One: Take 100 grams of cardamom powder. Green cardamom is used to prepare this powder.
Step Two: Now heat a pan or tawa.
Step Three: Now add the green cardamom into the tawa. Keep saute in medium or low flame.
Step Four: The color of the cardamom should turns into golden.
Step Five: As nice golden color comes switch off the flame and it will take 10 minutes to turns in golden.
Step Six: Now let it cool for sometime so that we can grind.
Step Seven: Now transfer the cardamom into a grinder.
Step Eight: Now add 1 tsp sugar into it. Sugar helps the cardamom to grind to a fine powder.
Step Nine: Now grind to a fine powder.
Cardamom powder is ready. Store it into a air tight container. It can be used until 6 to 8 months.
