this Potato Bharta. Here we are going to prepare it in a most delicious
ways. Potatoes can be smoked or boiled. Smoky flavor comes when we smoke the potatoes in direct fire.In old times when food was prepared in fire of wood then it was common to smoke potatoes in direct fire. Now a days we can boil potatoes add that smoky flavor later on or we can bake the potatoes in microwave. Let's see the necessary Ingredients and step by step method of preparation.

Ingredients Required To Prepare Smoky Flavored Potato Bharta Recipe:
Potatoes 3-4 medium sized,
Dry red chili 2,Green chili 1,
Garlic cloves 4-5 pieces,
Mustard oil 1 tbsp,
Coriander leaves chopped,
Salt as per taste.

Step By Step Method Of Preparation Of Smoky Flavored Potato Bharta Recipe:
Step One: Take 4 potatoes which are cleaned with water and dried .Now bake it in microwave for 30 minutes or 20 minutes in 200 degree centigrade. Check in between with a toothpick whether it is cooked properly or not.Step Two: As potatoes are baked properly let it cool properly.
Step Three: Now in stove burn two dry chili and 4-5 pieces of Garlic. Keep them aside.
Step Four: Now remove the skin of potatoes as it cool down .
Step Five: Now take the potatoes into a bowl and mash it properly with the help of a spoon or with your hand.
Step six: Add burnt dry chili and garlic, coriander chopped and green chili, mustard oil and salt as per taste.
Step Seven: Now mix everything nicely. Mix with your hand so that garlic and burnt chili can be mashed nicely with potatoes,
Step Eleven: As it nicely mashed it is time to serve it.
It can be serve with steamed rice and dal as a side dish. It is extremely delicious. Enjoy your meal.
NB: While burning the dry chili be very careful it can make you cough.
