Cabbage Kofta is a delicious vegetarian recipe. The main Ingredient of this recipe is Cabbage. Cabbage balls dipped into gravy. Gravy can be of any kind as per your choice.Here I have made gravy with Tomato and Onion. This recipe can be served with Rice or Chapatti as a main course. Let's check the main ingredients and method of cooking of this recipe--
Ingredients:
Cabbage grated 2 cups,
Tomato 3,
Onion 2 large,
Garlic 4 cloves,
Ginger equal amount as garlic,
Green chilli 1,
Cunim seeds half tsp,
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp,
Coriender powder 1 tsp,
Red-chilli powder half tsp,
Turmeric powder half tsp,
Salt,
Oil,
Coriender leaves for garnishing.

Method Of Cooking Step By Step:
First Step: In a bowl take 2 cups of grated cabbage. Cabbage should be fresh so that recipe will comes out good.
Second Step: Now add 2 or 3 table-spoon of gram flour to it.
Third Step: Now its time to add some spices like 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp redchiili powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, some green chilli chopped and some coriander leaves and some salt as per taste.
Fourth Step: Mix all ingredients evenly. While mixing always use your hand. No need to add water because cabbage has natural moist. If you feel that mixture is not moist enough to make balls than add just 1 table-spoon water to it .
Fifth Step: Now with your hand make some small to medium sized round balls. If it becomes sticky than grease some oil to your hand. Make all balls like this.
Sixth Step: Now heat oil into a pan. Deep fry our cabbage balls till it becomes brown. After frying all balls keep it aside.
Seventh Step: Now take a grinder and put one large onion into it, 1 green chilli, 3 to 4 cloves, 1 small piece of ginger. Make a fine paste.
Eighth Step: Now grind 3 medium sized Tomato also .
Ninth Step: Now heat 2 table-spoon oil into a pan. Add some cumin seeds into it.
Tenth Step: As cumin seeds becomes brown add Onion-Ginger-Garlic paste into it. Fry for 2 to 3 minute.
Eleventh Step: Now add tomato puree to it and mix it evenly. Now its time to add our spices.
Twelve Step: Spices are 1/4 tsp Coriander powder, 1/4 tsp Cumin powder, 1.4 tsp red Chilli powder, 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder,pinch of Garam masala powder.
Thirteenth Step: Fry all spices until it starts releasing oil.
Fourteenth Step: Now its time to add 2 tbsp gram flour to it and fry. Break all the lumps.
Fifteenth Step: Now add 1 cup water to it. Thickness can be as per your choice. So that you can add water also as per your choice. Add salt also as per your taste.
Sixteenth Step: Give it to a nice boil. Now add kofta balls to it and garnish with some coriander leaves.
It can be served with rice or chapatti.
NB: 1. While serving this recipe that time only put kofta balls to gravy. If you put it for long time before you serving the balls balls will get too soft.
