Necessary Ingredients For Egg Masala Gravy:
Boiled eggs 3,
Oil 1 or 2 tbsp,
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp,
Green chilli 1,
Onion 1 large chopped,
Ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tsp,
Tomato 1 large chopped,
1/4 tsp garam masala powder,
1/4 tsp cumin powder,
1/4 tsp coriander powder,
1/4 tsp redchilli powder,
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder,
Salt as per taste.
Method Of Cooking Step By Step:
Step One: Take 3 eggs and hard boiled them. I have taken 3 eggs as per my requirement. You can take as much quantity as you needed.
Step Two: Now remove the outer layer of the eggs and keep aside.
Step Three: Now heat 1 tbsp oil into a pan. Put boiled eggs into it for frying. add some salt, turmeric powder and red-chili powder for nice color. Fry until golden brown. after frying keep it aside.
Step Four: Now in the remaining oil add some cumin seeds and a green chili.
Step Five: Now add chopped onion into it and fry until golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and fry until raw flavor has gone.
Step Six: Now add chopped tomato into it and fry until tomato get soft.
Step Seven: Now its time to add dry spices and fry all the spices until it starts releasing oil. Dry spices are red-chili powder, turmeric powder,cumin powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder. To avoid burning sprinkle some water on spices.
Step Eight: While spices starts releasing oil add water into it and mix it evenly.
Step Nine: Now add salt as per taste. Give it to a nice boil.
Step Ten: Now add eggs into it and close the lid and cook for five minute in medium flame. Sprinkle some more garam masala to it for nice flavor.
Enjoy with steamed rice or chapati.
NB: 1. Cook this recipe in low flame. Slow cooking food always taste good.
2. Amount of gravy you need is as per your choice. Depend on that add that much of water into it. Although thick gravy is best for this recipe.
