MAGGI PAKODA RECIPE | DELICIOUS EVENING SNACKS RECIPE | PARTY STARTER



Maggi pakoda recipe is a very delicious evening snacks recipe. I can be served as party starter also.Main ingredients of this recipe is maggi. Almost everybody likes maggi but we always consume maggi in same ways so let's try something different out of it. Let's see necessary ingredients and step by step method of cooking this recipe-

Ingredients Needed To Prepare Maggi Pakoda:


1 packet maggie noodles with masala, 1 onion chopped, Coriander leaves chopped, Carrot 1 chopped, Potato 1 chopped, Gram flour 2 tbsp, Salt as per taste, Oil for frying

Step By Step Method Of Cooking:

Step One: Take one packet of maggi any kind of flavor can be used. Here in this recipe I have used curry flavor. 

Step Two: Now boil water in a pan to boil maggi. As water starts boiling add maggi to it and let it boil.

Step Three: Now after it boil nicely strain the water and keep it aside.

Step Four: Take a bowl for preparing the mixture.

Step Five: Add 1 large chopped onion , Some coriander leaves, some grated potatoes, some grated carrots, boiled maggi, 2 tbsp gram flour, masala packet of maggi and some salt.

Step Six: Now mix everything nicely. no need to add water. If it's getting very dry then 2 tbsp water can be added.

Step Seven: After mixing everything very nicely give them a nice small round shapes. All round balls can be sized as per choice.

Step Eight: Now keep the balls in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step Nine: Now after 30 minutes add oil into a pan make it hot. Add balls to it. fry until golden brown from all the sides. I have shallow fried. it can be deep fried as well.

Step Ten: When all the balls fried nicely keep it in a tissue paper so that all the extra oil gets absorbed.

Serve hot with your evening hot cup of tea.


NB: Here I have not added any additional spices only maggi masala I have used. If you like It can be used. Green chilly also I have not added It can also be add if somebody likes.
