Ingredients Required For Green Peas Curry:
Green Peas 2 cups,Potatoes, 2 medium,
Tomatoes 1 large,
Onion 1 large,
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp,
Coriander powder 1 tsp,
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp,
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp,
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp,
Oil 2 tbsp,
Salt as per taste,
Sugar 1/2 tsp to adjust the taste

Step By Step Method Of Cooking Green Peas Curry Recipe:
Step One: Take two cups of dry green peas and soaked it overnight. By soaking it we make them softer.Step Two: Add this soaked green peas into a pressure cooker and add two cups of water to it. Add salt as per taste.
Step Three: Cut some potato cubes and add it into cooker with green peas.( Cut it into big pieces so that it will not not break while boiling green peas)
Step Four: Now switch on the flame and cook it until 4 whichel comes.
Step Five: Let the steam go automatically. After that open the lid and check if green peas boiled perfectly or not. (for me its nicely boil in 4 whichel)
Step Six: Now separate the potatoes and keep it aside into a plate.
Step Seven: Now heat some oil into a pan and add some salt and turmeric powder into this hot oil and mix well.
Step Eight: Add potatoes into it and fry it for sometime so that potatoes get golden brown. After that keep it aside into a plate.
Step Nine: Now in the remaining oil add some cumin seeds.
Step Ten: As cumin seeds getting brown add grated onion into it and fry it nicely.
Step Eleven: Now add ginger garlic paste and mix it nicely until raw flavor gone.
Step Twelve: Now add one chopped tomato into it and mix well.
Step Thirteen: Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and some sugar to adjust the taste.
Step Fourteen: Now mix all the spices evenly and add little water so that spices do not get burnt.
Step Fifteen: As tomatoes getting soft and it starts releasing oil then add our boiled green peas.
Step Sixteen: Mix nicely and give it a nice boil.
Step Seventeen: Add fried potatoes and mix nicely.
Our green peas curry is ready. Pinch of garam masala can also be added here though I have not used.
Serve it hot with a bowl of rice or chapatti.
