Mushroom itself has a great taste and nice flavor to it. Here in this recipe i cooked mushroom with green capsicum with some nice and delicious spices into it. Mushroom pepper fry is a preparation of mushroom with some capsicum or green bell pepper, onion, garlic and whole lot of spices. It can be served as party starter or as a simple side dish with dinner or lunch. Let's check the necessary ingredients and the method of cooking this recipe step by step--

Necessary Ingredients For This Recipe:

Mushroom 250 gram,
Capcicum 1 small,
Soy soch 1 tsp,
Onion 1 large,
Garlic cloves 5 to 6 pieces,
Green chilli 1,
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp,
Coriander powder 1/4 tsp,
Redchilli powder 1/4 tsp,
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp,
Sugar 1.4 tsp,
Salt as per taste,
Oil 1 tbsp.

Method Of Cooking Step By Step:



Step One: Wash properly the mushrooms with warm water. First wash it with some warm water then add some salt and turmeric mix it well and keep it like that for 7 minutes after that wash it with warm water. Turmeric has great antibacterial properties so by washing it with turmeric it helps to kill any bacteria from it. 

Step Two: Cut the mushrooms into two pieces and keep it aside.

Step Three: Now cut onions also to some large pieces.

Step Four: Capsicum or green bell pepper also cut into medium sized cubes.

Step Five: Heat 1 tbsp of oil into a pan and add chopped green chilli and chopped garlic to it. Add some sugar also and saute them and fry until garlic becomes golden in color.

Step Six: Now add onion slice into it and keep frying for a minute.

Step Seven: Add capsicum and saute for a minute. Cook it for five minute in medium flame.

Step Eight: Now add mushrooms and mix everything evenly. Flame should be medium.

Step Nine: Add salt as per taste. Add spices like coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Redchilli powder and garam masala powder and mix evenly. Keep frying for five to seven minutes so that spices can also be fried nicely.

Step Ten: Now add some soy soch to it. I have added approximately 1 tsp of soy soch to it. and mix it nicely.

Step Eleven: Cook for some more minute. Mushrooms itself releases lots of water so let that water evaporate.

Mushroom pepper fry is ready. Its really a delicious recipe which can be served as a party starter or as a side dish.


NB: 1. Always let mushrooms water becomes evaporate otherwise it will not taste good. If you like little bit juicy then sprinkle some water into it. 

2. While washing the mushrooms always be careful. Use salt and turmeric . Because salt and turmeric has anti-bacterial properties.
