Garlic Namkeen is a very delicious recipe which has a added flavor of garlic which gives a very unique taste to it. It is a preparation of making a dough of gram flour with added spices and garlic flavor and deep fry them. Let's check the necessary Ingredients and step by step method of cooking this recipe--

Necessary Ingredients For Garlic Namkeen Recipe: 

Gram flour 1 cup,
Hot oil 2 tbsp for making the dough,
Salt 1/2 tsp,
Ajwain 1/4 tsp,
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp,
Redchilli powder 1/2 tsp,
Garlic paste 1 tsp,
Oil for frying(deep fry).
Step By Step Method Of Cooking:

Step One: Take 1 cup Gram flour into a bowl for making the dough.

Step Two: Add ajwain, salt, Turmeric powder, Redchilli powder and Garlic paste to it and mix it evenly with the help of a spoon.

Step Three: You can use your hand also for mixing it whatever method you feel comfortable.

Step Four: Now add 2 tablespoon of hot oil into it and mix it evenly with the help of a spoon (since oil is hot use spoon for mixing). Hot oil make helps your Namkeen to become really crispy.

Step Five: Now add warm water little by little and make a dough. while making the dough it would be very sticky so once you finish making the dough grease some oil in your hand and again punch the dough.
  
Step Six: Put oil to your dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Step Seven: After 20 minute first grease oil into your palm and take some  amount of dough and flaten it with your belan. Make sure your flour where you are going to flatten it should also grease with oil otherwise it will stick.

Step Eight: Cut it to a shape as per your choice with a cutter or with a normal knife.

Step Nine: Heat oil to a pan and fry these in medium flame until it becomes nice and brown. Don't add all together because it will stick to each other and it will not get fried properly. Add little by little. It needs to be deep fry so amount of oil also be required more.

Step Ten: Fry until it becomes golden in color. Fry it in low flame. When one side is done flip it to other side as well and cook.

Step Eleven: After frying put it in a tissue so that extra oil become absorbs.

Step Twelve: Let it cool for about half an hour and then serve it. After getting cool its crispiness will come. 

keep it into a air tight container and it can be stored for 2 weeks .


NB: 1. while making the dough be very careful about adding the water. Add water little by little. At some point dough would be very sticky at that point remove dough from your hand with the help of a spoon and wash and dry your hand and grease some oil and again keep mixing the dough and this time it will not stick much.

2. Always fry it in a low flame.
