Lassi is basically a yogurt smoothie. It is basically a traditional recipe of Punjab. It is cooling and refreshing drink. It is a refreshing summer recipe and yogurt has enormous amount of health benefits. Here in this recipe with yogurt I added some twist to this recipe by adding mango. It also gives this recipe a different taste. During very hot summer this smoothie can be your life saver. Here I have added fresh ripe Mango, which enhances its taste. Ingredients Of Making Mango Lassi:

Mangoes 2 cup,
Curd 3 tbsp or more,
Sugar 1/2 cup,
Milk 1/2 cup,
Saffron 1/4 tsp for flavor.

Method Of Making Mango Lassi Recipe Step By Step:

First Step: I have cleaned and peeled two Mangoes. After that I have sliced it.

Second Step: Take 3 tablespoon yogurt and 1/2 cup chilled milk.

Third Step: Add all ingredients into a blender.

Fourth Step: Add saffron slices also together.

Fifth Step: Blend this together. It will come out as a thick smoothie.

Sixth Step: Garnish with some pistachios. mango lassi is ready.
