Ingredients Required In Sesame Seeds Chutney Recipe:
Sesame seeds black 130 gram,
Green Chilli 1,
Salt as per taste,
Garlic cloves 3,
Ginger 2 small slices,
Lemon
Step By Step Method Of Cooking:
First Step: Take black sesame seeds into a bowl and soak it into water for an hour. (this step is optional if you want you can soak and if you don't want without soaking also directly can be put into blender).
Second Step: Now add this sesame seeds into a blender.
Third Step: Add other ingredients also into the blender except lemon.
Fourth Step: And blend it well. Make a fine paste. While blending add some water so that it can mix evenly.
Fifth Step: Now take this mixture out from the blender and put it into a bowl.
Sixth Step: Add salt and squeeze some lemon to it.( Salt can also be added while blending ). I have added salt while blending.
Seventh Step: Lemon is optional. If you don't like sour taste its not necessary to add lemon.
Mix evenly . Enjoy as a side dish with rice or chapatti. Garnish with some lemon slices and serve.
NB: This recipe can be served as a side dish. Black sesame seeds has slight bitter taste. While adding lemon this bitter taste reduced.
