Necessary Ingredients For This Recipe:
Gram flour: 270 gram,
Ghee 130 gram,
Sugar 140 gram( as per your taste you can increase or decrease the amount)
Dry fruits crushed,
Cardamom powder (just a pinch)

Method Of Cooking Step By Step:
First Step: Heat a pan and add ghee into it. Let it warm.
Second Step: Add gram flour and mix it with ghee evenly.
Third Step: Keep frying in low flame until color of gram flour starts getting brown and it starts releasing ghee.
Fourth Step: Stir it continuously. Make sure that gram flour doesn't stick to the bottom of the flour.
Fifth Step: Add cardamom powder to it and mix evenly.
Sixth Step: Flame should be low or medium.
Seventh Step: While gram flour starts getting brown switch off the flame and put gram flour into a bowl and let it cool.
Eighth Step: Don't let it cool totally. Just cool it until that point where you can touch it.
Ninth Step: After its getting cool add grind sugar and crushed dry fruits into it and mix it well with the help of a spoon.
Tenth Step: Use your hand also to mix it evenly.
Eleventh Step: Now grease some ghee to your palm so that laddoo can not stick to your hand.
Twelve Step: Now take some small amount of gram flour to your hand and by pressing gently give it a round shape.
Thirteenth Step: Now make all the laddoo shapes like this.
Fourteenth Step: Garnish with some green cardamom.
Serve it with a hot cup of tea.
NB:1. If you feel after cooling down you are not able to make laddoos than heat a pan and fry some gram flour again in low flame and add this to the gram flour mixture and mix it evenly and make laddoos . make sure it mixed properly and there is no lumps.
2. After finish making laddoos keep it in refrigerator for half an hour to set. Than laddoos become nice.
3. Here the sugar we have added has been grind properly otherwise laddoo will not comes out nice.
4. With cardamom we can also add some saffron it gives also nice flavor.
