TOMATO SALAD | INSTANT TOMATO SALAD RECIPE | QUICK AND SIMPLE TOMATO-ONION SALAD


This salad recipe is very simple and delicious. Its a quick recipe would really fulfill your cravings for salad. This recipe is widely used and liked in North-East part of India. Instead of adding olive oil here I have used mustard oil which gives a unique flavor to this recipe. Basically In north-east part of India mustard oil is widely used. Let's check the main Ingredients and step by step method of making this salad recipe.

Ingredients Required For Tomato salad:

Tomato 1 large(It depends on amount of salad we are making),
Onion 1 Large(Depends on amount of salad going to make,
Green chilli 1(As per your taste),
Coriander leaves,
Mustard oil 1 tbsp,
Salt as per taste.
 
Method Of Making Tomato Salad Step By Step:

First Step: Wash all the Ingredients properly.

Second Step: Take tomato and remove the seeds. Its very important to remove the seeds of the Tomato because sometimes the seeds cannot get digest.

Third Step: Chopped the tomato. 

Fourth Step: Chopped the green chilli, Onion and coriander leaves as well.

Fifth Step: Put all the chopped ingredients into a bowl and Mix evenly.

Sixth Step: Add salt as per taste and mix it with a spoon.

Seventh Step: Add mustard oil and mix evenly.


Tomato-Onion Salad is ready. Here I have not added any other spices. Its very simple, quick and easy salad recipe.

NB: This is a very delicious salad recipe where no spices have been added. It is very unique with a very nice flavor of mustard oil. Instead of Mustard oil Olive oil can also be used. Make sure ingredients are very fresh otherwise this salad will not comes out good. I have made it very simple but if you want you can add some chopped cabbage leaves and squeeze some Lemon juice.
