Almond cookies is a very delicious cookies recipe. In is a preparation of cookies with almond meal. This cookie recipe is made without any oil or butter. Necessary Ingredients To Prepare Almond Cookies Recipe:
Almond powder 270 gram, Sugar 130 gram, Egg white 2, Vanilla essence 2 drops, salt 1/4 tsp
Step By Step Method Of Preparing Almond Cookies Recipe:
Step One: Take almond meal 270 gram and keep aside. If you don't get almond meal then take some almonds and grind it evenly and make fine powder. Outer layer of some almonds I have removed.
Step Two: Take a bowl and break two eggs and put only white portion of egg into the bowl( In video description I have shown how to separate egg white).
Step Three: Now beat the egg until it gets to fluffy consistency. Now add salt 1/4 tsp, some vanilla essence, and sugar. And beat again.
Step Four: Now add almond meal or almond powder little by little and mix very evenly. It can be mixed with spoon or hand.
Step Five: Now grease a baking tray with butter and pre-heat the oven in 180 degree centigrade.
Step Six: Now grease some water to your hand and start to make some round balls which are little flat.
Step Seven: Make all the cookie shape and put it into the baking tray. Decorate with some almonds on top.
Step Eight: Make sure to keep some gap between the cookies. Keep it into the refrigerator for an hour to set the cookies.
Step Nine: Put it inside the oven and bake it for 15 minute.
Step Ten: After 15 minute take it out from the oven and let it cool completely.
Almond cookie is ready. Crisp outside and soft inside. Have it with a hot cup of tea.
NB:
1. This cookie dough would be very sticky so don't get upset about it. After dough getting ready keep it into the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minute and let the dough set.
2. While making the cookies always grease some water so that it doesn't stick to your hand.
3. After making the cookie shapes or cookie balls keep it into the refrigerator for about an hour.
