Necessary Ingredients To Prepare Authentic Hydrabadi Qubooli Recipe: 


Chana dal 250 gram, Rice 250 gram,
Yogurt 1 cup,
Onion slices 3 large, Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp, Cardamom 3, Cloves 3, Cinnamon stick 3, Bay leaf 2, Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp, Green chili 1, Mint and coriander leaves, salt sa per taste, Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp, Cumin -coriander powder 1/2 tsp, Red chili powder 1/2 tsp,
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
For Boiling Chana Dal Some Salt, 1/4th tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp red chili powder
For boiling Rice Oil 1 tsp, Some Salt

Step By Step Method Of Cooking Authentic Qubooli Recipe: 


Step One: Boil rice by adding some oil and salt to it. It should boil until 80 percent done.

Step Two: Boil chana dal or split bengal gram by adding some salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder. It should boil until 80 percent done.

Step Three: Now take a deep pan and add whole spices like chinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves, bay leaf. Add some cumin seeds and a green chili as well.

Step Four: Now add sliced onion to it and mix it nicely. 

Step Five: Add ginger garlic paste as well and mix until raw flavor gone.

Step Six: Now as onions are golden brown we will add spices like red chili powder, garam masala powder, Cumin and Coriander powder, Turmeric powder.
Mix everything nicely.

Step Seven: Now add one cup yogurt to it and mix it nicely. Add cumin and coriander leaves as well.

Step Eight: Now add salt as per your taste. Remember that we have added some salt while boiling dal and rice.

Step Nine: Now add our boiled dal to it and spread it nicely.

Step Ten: On top of dal add boiled rice to it and spread it nicely. On top of it some food color or saffron water can be added. It wil give nice texture of this recipe.

Step Eleven: Now close the lid and cook it for 7 minutes in low flame.

After 7 minutes switch off the flame and let it rest for another 5 to 7 minutes.
Qubooli is ready. Now serve hot. It can be a nice delicious option for vegetarians.
