This is Instant Mushroom Recipe. It tastes extremely delicious and flavorful. It can be served as a side dish with steamed rice or pulao or it can be served with roti also. Flavor of schezwan sauce adds heavenly taste to this recipe. It can be prepared with very less ingredients. Mushrooms are very rich in nutrients and it can be a nice and delicious choice for vegetarians. Here we have cooked mushrooms with capsicum. Let's see the necessary Ingredients and step by step method of preparing this recipe.

Necessary Ingredients Required To Prepare Mushroom Schezwan Recipe:
Mushrooms 250 gram wash and cut into 2 pieces, Capsicum cut into cubes, Schezwan Sauce 2 tbsp, Salt as per taste, Sugar 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp for frying
Garlic 4 pieces chopped
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp,
Onion cut into large pieces.
Step By Step Method Of Cooking Mushroom Schezwan Recipe:
Step One: First wash mushrooms nicely. I wash it with salt and turmeric. Since turmeric has antibacterial properties I prefer them to wash like this. First I wash it once rinse the water then apply salt and turmeric powder to it keep it for 2 minutes and then wash again for 2 to 3 times.
Step Two: Now after washing cut it into pieces. I have made 2 pieces of one mushroom. After cutting keep aside.
Step Three: Now heat a pan and add 1 tbsp of oil into it.
Step Four: Now add chopped garlic cloves into it and fry until golden brown.
Step Five: Now add onion pieces to it and fry till it becomes soft. We will not fry the onions properly. Nice crust in it will remain which will enhance the taste of this recipe.
Step Six: Now add some ginger chopped and mix nicely.
Step Seven: Now add mushrooms and mix it nicely.
Step Eight: Now add capsicum also and mix it properly. Flame should be medium.
Step Nine: Now its time to add salt. As per your taste add salt and a pinch of sugar. Sugar quantity will be 1/4th tsp.
Step Ten: Now its time to add our main Ingredient that is Schezwan sauce. Add 2 tbsp of it and mix properly so that sauce is nicely mix with mushroom and capsicums.
Step Eleven: Now cook in high flame for 5 minutes. Mushrooms will release water so I have not added extra water to it. If you find mushrooms are getting stuck into the pan just sprinkle some water.
Step Twelve: Now mix again and cook for 5 to 7 minutes more time in medium flame.
Switch off the flame. Rest it for 5 minutes. Now serve it with hot steamed rice or chapati. Try this recipe at home and let me know how it tastes.
