Nan Khatai Biscuit is a very delicious cookie. Its very soft with little bit crispness added to it. This recipe can be made in cooker as well as microwave. Here I have made this recipe in microwave. In every household in India we need cookies with our morning and evening cup of tea and we buy it from the market.
So today we are going to try this cookie recipe at home. This is a egg less cookie recipe. Let's see the necessary Ingredients and step by step method of preparing this recipe.

Necessary Ingredients Required To Prepare Nan-Khatai Recipe:
Butter 100 grams,
Powdered sugar 80 grams,
Plain flour or maida 130 gram,
Gram flour or besan 60 gram,
Suji or rava 30 gram,
Baking powder 1 tsp,
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Pistachios for garnish cookies on top
Step By Step Method Of Preparing Nan-Khatai Recipe:
Step One: Before going to prepare this recipe we will take the baking tray and garnish the tray with some butter.
Step Two: Now in a bowl we take 100 grams of butter. Make sure butter is in the room temperature.
Step Three: Now add baking powder 1 tsp to this butter.
Step Four: Add 80 grams of powdered sugar to this butter. To make powder sugar just grind the sugar in your grinder.
Step Five: Now add some cardamom powder also to this. Here I have added 1/4 th tsp of powder sugar.
Step Six: Now mix everything very nicely so that sugar and baking powder and cardamom powder getting mixed with butter.
Step Seven: Now add plain flour to it. Plain flour I have added 130 grams.
Step Eight: Add gram flour also. I have added 60 grams of gram flour to it.
Step Nine: Add Suji or rava to it. I have added 30 grams of suji to it. Suji gives a nice crisp to this cookies.
Step Ten: Now mix everything very nicely and make a dough. I have shown the dough consistency in my video description.
Step Eleven: After preparing the dough make some small round balls of equal sizes. Here I have made the balls and pressed little on top of the balls.
Step Twelve: Now put the balls to our tray which we kept aside by applying butter to it.
Step Thirteen: While putting the cookies keep distance between them so that they can not stuck to each other in the baking process.
Step Fourteen: On top of the cookies I put some broken pistachios and press little bit.
Step Fifteen: Now bake it in microwave for 20 minutes in 160 degree centigrade.
After 20 minutes our cookies will be ready. Switch off the oven and take the tray out of the oven and let it cool. After cooling down completely we can check our cookies. It will be just perfect. Serve it with a hot cup of tea. Amazing taste and flavor.
NB: While preparing the cookie dough if you feel that dough is getting hard then you can put 1 tbsp of milk to it. I have not used any milk since my dough is perfect.
