Necessary Ingredients Required To Prepare Coconut Laddoo Recipe:

Coconut grated 1 cup(250 gram),
Sugar 1 cup (250 gram),
Powder milk 1/2 cup,
Milk 1/2 cup for grinding the coconut into mixture,
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp,
Ghee 1 tbsp,
For garnishing I have used tutti-fruity

Step By Step Method Of Preparation Of Coconut Laddoo Recipe:

Step One: Grate one coconut nicely so that no black shell will be there. I have used one cup coconut that is 250 gram.

Step Two: Sugar also we need in equal proportion that is 250 gram. Now add this sugar to coconut and mix this with your hand nicely.

Step Three:  Now add this coconut and sugar mixture into a grinder and add some milk as well so that we can grind it nicely. Make a fine paste like consistency.

Step Four: Now heat a clean aluminum pan and add our coconut into it. Flame should be medium or low. Now we have to cook it until all the moisture from the coconut gets evaporated and sticky consistency comes to prepare laddoo.

Step Five: Keep stirring continuously so that coconut doesn't get stick to the bottom of the pan( I know this is a tiresome process to stir continuously). Once the moisture starts getting evaporate add some cardamom powder to it. keep stirring.

Step Six: After 18 to 20 minutes of slow cooking now a stage has come where coconut becomes very sticky and at this point add powder milk to it and mix nicely so that powder milk completely mix with coconut.

Step Seven: Now add a tbsp of ghee into it and mix it nicely. Switch off the flame and keep stirring continuously at this point also to avoid coconut get burnt from the bottom and getting brown in color. Keep stirring for a minute.

Step Eight: Now make the laddoos with the help of your hand. Take some portion of coconut and press it with your hand and give it to a nice round shape.
Soak your hand in cold water frequently while making laddos to avoid burning your hand since coconut is really hot.

Laddoo is ready. Garnish with some tutti-fruity and serve it to your guest with a hot cop of tea or coffee.
