Stir fried vegetables are widely popular now a days. This is a magic recipe for those who are struggling to reduce weight. This recipe can make you full and satisfied with your meal. Just replace this vegetable platter in your lunch or dinner or both. In this recipe any kind of vegetables can be used. here I have used French beans, Flat beans, Carrots and Onions. This is full of nutrition and provide necessary balance in your body. This is a quick recipe also and can be prepared with less Ingredients. Here another magical Ingredient which I have used is Himalayan Pink Salt. Pink salt is rich source of minerals and it contains less sodium and more magnesium which is very helpful for your body. Let's check the necessary Ingredients and step by step method of preparing Stir fried vegetables.

Necessary Ingredients Required To Prepare Stir Fried Vegetable Recipe:

Carrot 1 large cut into slices,
Green beans 10 to 15 pieces,
Flat beans 10 to 15 pieces,
Capsicum cut into cubes 1,
Onion 1 large cut into big pieces,
Black pepper powder 1/5 tsp,
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp,
Himalayan pink salt as per taste, 
Ghee 1/2 tsp,
Cumin seeds pinch of(optional).

Step By Step Method Of Preparation Of Stir Fried Vegetable Recipe: 

Step One: Cut all the vegetables as per your choice. I have cut them into long pieces. Cut onions into big pieces.

Step Two: Heat a non-stick pan or Iron pan and add ghee into it. Add some cumin seeds to it and let it brown.

Step Three: Now add onion pieces into it and saute for a minute.

Step Four: Now add all the vegetables that we have cut earlier and mix it very nicely.

Step Five: Now add salt as per taste and mix very nicely. I have added Himalayan pink salt as it can help the body to heal many diseases naturally.

Step Six: Now close the lid and cook it for 3 minutes in medium flame. We have not added any water to our vegetables because veggies will cook in it's own juices.

Step Seven: After 3 minutes add some turmeric powder and black pepper powder and mix it well.

Step Eight: Now close the lid and cook it for 5 more minutes in medium flame.

Step Nine: Now  after 5 minutes open the lid and mix it nicely. Our vegetables are ready now.

Now serve our stir fried vegetables into a plate and have it in your lunch and dinner. You can easily substitute your lunch or dinner with this delicious veggie platter.
