This is a delicious gravy recipe where main Ingredient is papad. Papad is typically made from flour or paste derived from either lentils, chickpeas, black gram (urad flour), rice, or potato. In some places It can be served as snacks. Here I am showing how to prepare curry out of it. This curry is delicious and can be served with steamed rice or chapati.

Necessary Ingredients To Prepare Papad Curry:
Potato 4 medium cut into cubes, Onion 1 large, garlic 3 cloves (paste together), Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp, Oil 2 tbsp, Papad 4 medium fried, Cumin-coriander powder 1 tsp, Redchili powder 1/4 tsp, Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, Salt as per taste, Sugar 1/4 tspStep By Step Method Of Preparing Papad Curry:
Step One: Cut 4 medium sized potatoes and boil them. I have boiled it into a deep pan.
Step Two: Take one large onion and 4 pieces of garlic and make a fine paste out of them.
Step Three: Now put oil into a pan and fry 4 medium sized papad and keep aside.
Step Four: Now in the remaining oil add cumin seeds to it and let it crackle.
Step Five: Now add onion and garlic paste which we have prepared earlier. Mix it nicely. Add pinch of sugar it gives a nice color to our gravy and adjust the taste.
Step Six: Flame should be low. Now add all spices like cumin-coriander powder, redchili powder and turmeric powder to it and mix it nicely. To avoid burning the spices add some water to it and mix.
Step Seven: Now add boiled potatoes to it and mix nicely. Add salt as per taste. Close lid and in low flame cook for 5 minutes.
Step Eight: After 5 minutes add water let the water comes to a boil and close lid and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes in low flame.
Step Nine: Now add fried papad to it and mix nicely close the lid. I have broken the fried papad and then added. Rest it for 5 minutes.
Step Ten: Papad curry is ready. Now serve it hot with steamed rice or chapati.
