Chutney is most loved side dish to have with any kind of snacks in India. Here I am going to share with you peanut chutney. This is extremely delicious to taste and good for health. It can be served with evening snacks like pakoda or appe or it can be served with regular idli or dosa or paratha as well. It can be prepared with very little Ingredients and also very easy to prepare. Let's see the necessary Ingredients and step by step method of cooking.
Roasted grams 30 grams,
Salt as per taste,
Oils 1 tbsp for seasoning,
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp.
Step Two: Now I have taken roasted grams also and add it to peanuts and roast them together.
Step Three: It takes 7 to 8 minutes in low or medium flame to roast it completely depending upon stove flame.
Step Four: As the peanuts starts to crackle switch off the flame and continue to stir it for two minutes because the pan is very hot and peanuts may get burnt.
Step Five: Now let it cool for sometime.
Step Six: Now put all the peanuts and roasted grams into a mixing jar and grind it to a powder.
Step Seven: After grinding it dry add some water and salt as per taste and grind it again to make a paste out of it. I have shown the consistency of our chutney in the video description.
Step Eight: Now for seasoning for the chutney heat a pan.
Step Nine: Add oil into it. I have added 1 tbsp of oil to it. Heat the oil.
Step Ten: As the oil heats up add some mustard seeds to it and let it crackle.
Step Eleven: Now switch off the flame and add this hot oil with mustard seeds to our chutney paste. Mix nicely.
Our peanut chutney is ready. Try this recipe and enjoy the goodness and taste of peanut.
