Vegetable fried rice is a very easy and time saving yet very delicious rice recipe. This recipe is basically Indo-Chinese Recipe. This is very good option for vegetarian. Unlike traditional rice recipe this recipe is cooked with lots of vegetables. With less ingredients this delicious recipe can be prepared. Necessary Ingredients Required To Prepare Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe:


Rice 125 gram,
Onion chopped 1 large,
Spring onion ,
garlic chopped,
Carrot small 1 chopped,
Salt as per taste,
Soy sauce 1 tsp,
Black pepper 1/2 tsp,
Oil 2 tbsp,

Water 3 cups to boil rice.



Step By Step Method Of Preparing Veg Fried Rice Recipe:



Step One: Take required amount of rice into a bowl. Here I have taken 125 gram of rice. Wash it properly and soaked it for 20 to 30 minutes.


Step Two: Now boil 3 cups of water into a bowl. In the boiling water add some salt and 1 tbsp of oil.


Step Three: Now add soaked rice to it. Boil it until it boiled properly. Check it in-between.


Step Four: After rice getting boiled properly strain the water. I have strain the water with a strainer.


Step Five: Now heat a pan and add 1 tbsp of oil into it.


Step Six: Add some chopped garlic to it. Mix it nicely. We have to fry it until slightly golden brown.


Step Seven: Now add chopped onion and mix it. Onion should be little translucent. With onion we have added some onion pulp also.


Step Eight: Now its time to add chopped carrot to it. Here we have added only carrot. You can add green beans or green peas or corn.

Step Nine: Fry this carrot only for 2 minutes.


Step Ten: Its time to add boiled rice. After adding boiled rice mix it nicely.


Step Eleven: Add soy sauce, salt as per taste and black pepper to it. Mix it nicely. flame should be medium.


Step Twelve: Now add chopped spring onion to it and mix it nicely. 


Our veg fried rice recipe is ready. Serve it hot with some gravy items like chili chicken or cauliflower manchurian.
